"Who designed this place OMG whoever did isn’t that bright. You can’t find the address on the building at all because the carports cover everything from the cars point of view very very very very horrible design especially for delivery drivers."

"Had an appointment scheduled for a couple issues in the apartment and Diego was right on time with everything he needed to fix them. He even went out of his way to correct something minor that I had slightly mentioned to him. Very professional, positive and proactive attitude!"

"Management is engaged and good attitudes. I enjoy interacting with them. That said ...many of the amenities are either suffering or broken. The time I've been here no pool heater, jacuzzi is dirty, fireplace does not light, 2 BBQs 1 broke and one always dirty(after repair requests), BBall court holds water, no grass areas for kids to play, club house is not kid friendly and the gym has multiple broken equipment. The gym is also not accessible early morning or late night. When it's open you have to know a trick to get your key to work. I like living here because of the people and families but for the money we pay all amenities should be polished and operational for families and comfort. I picked this place over others but continue to look for a better option before we buy a home. The gates in front are merely an inconvenience to the tenants as the surrounding apartments walk our complex to use the BBall court or try to get into the keyed pool area, or just stroll through. I don't feel for the lease I signed that I received what was advertised. But it's a good spot especially with young kids going to TV Elementary and location to town. Lots of potential here but obvious the things I care about aren't a concern for Tuscany Ridge the last 6-12mo+ and I feel we are just part of the max income equation. Take a tour look close and ask detailed questions about amenities. Make your own choice for the asking price and the cost to move again."

"I was in a bind and needed to move fast, and was about to sign a lease the next day, but saw Tuscany Ridge, a beautiful community compared to my other choice, so I stopped in. There was an available unit, and I was able I moved in quickly - 2 day turnaround from my first visit! Fell in love with the community and the amenities and the apartment right away; cancelled the other place I had applied for and been accepted and was about to sign a lease with. Heidi and Brittany were awesome in helping me get set up and settled extremely fast. In my haste there were things I missed: I had a few concerns on my arrival / move in day that I did not notice on my first visit..Heidi IMMEDIATLY addressed and fixed both concerns ON THE SPOT. Now that is impressive! I will definitely settle in here for a long time : )"

"I've lived at Tuscany Ridge Apartments for two years now and just signed up for a third year. The entire time, their maintenance team has been the best! They have always been prompt, friendly and professional. The landscapers do a phenomenal job making the grounds look clean and inviting to spend time outside. I have always felt safe and the community is friendly. Because I've done most of my apartment living business via website, the few times I've had to contact the office staff, they have always been friendly."
