"This place is disgusting. It has all types of bugs and when you ask the management to help fix this problem they don't care. Pool is always dirty and I tried going swimming. There is nothing that can change my mind"

"My apartment is off of Holt, meaning my windows all face Holt. There is a city problem with Homeless people who have drug problems which is certainly not the apartments fault but what I do place in their hands is the ability to do something about them coming in here, and they don't. My neighbors and I have run into people asleep in our hallway, hiding out on the roof, each day taking trash out of the bins and not cleaning up after themselves. The biggest by FAR is when a man, high as a kite, tried taking my 8 year old son in the stairway...yes, you are reading this right. I filed a police report with Ontario PD. I wish I would have spoken to the local police department before moving in because while they were here for the report they were telling me how this place is labeled a HAZARD with them and how the owners refuse to do anything about it; i.e. get around the clock security guards. It's such a pretty place and it took a pile of paperwork to finally get approved and for what!? I have a 50+ year old women that loves to smoke crack under my window; both the owners and PD can't or won't do anything about. We have homeless people taking their baths in the Jacuzzi; they do nothing. We have them sleeping in the trash rooms; they do nothing. I'm irritated and I'm out of here once my lease is up. Beautiful place and decent looking apartment but its all for not if the owners refuse to assist. Oh and the appliances (all of them) are horrible quality and consistently break down."
