"this manager threatened and Harrassed people over anything she snoops in your backyard and looks whatever so called "back pay" you supposedly owe, she'll always post last minute inspection notices, "code" because it's 24 hrs, she abuses her authority as manager, my mother is elderly and is always scared of being threatened to get kicked out over any little thing that doesn't get abided by, she has credit for over paying her rent and the manager is threatening to kick her out because of maintenance that needs to be fixed and even though my mom has credit for over paying rent she won't respond to being able to use that as credit to fix some maintenance, she never answers the phone unless it has to do with money, always gives you the run around"

"Management really needs to talk to tenants about having respect for their neighbors within the apartment building. When I get off of work I do not want to hear your kids screaming at the top of their lungs running around the apartment building. This has been going on for months after hours on the south side of the apartments. It's a park right across the street. There used to be noise violations and a curfew for children in the complex. Management should start enforcing the rules more. Several tenants feel this way.... This place has really went downhill since this Barker management company took over."

"Management sucks. They are rude,the 2 bedrooms have 1 bathroom that is located upstairs, so if you have company the have to take that journey through your entire home to use the restroom. Not to mention if you have someone elderly or handicapped they are sol.There is no way to get them up those stairs. They don't have central air so all your allowed is 1 window unit that is downstairs in the front room soooooo there is NO WAY the cool air makes it upstairs to the bedrooms. And of course the rooms are so hot in the summer making it almost impossible to sleep. They also favor Hispanic tenants over all other, which makes it impossible to live comfortably in my opinion "not worth it the wait "."
