"I love my apartment it got everything I need don't have to go nowhere to wash is quiet .clean have my own garage. if you want to have a party u can rent the club house out. it has a pool. the staff here are wonderful & all store closed by .and the community is gated in i fill so safe here.thank god I been looking for apartment like this for a while I love it THANK YOU CARMEL AT TERRA VISTA ."

"Do not move here. I recently moved out after a year here and after calling multiple times was never provided the move out statement.I called 3 times and they continued to state the inspection wasn’t done and it takes 2-3 weeks for the paperwork. However they provided photos of the apartment while it was still in my possession. I eventually called again and was told they were keeping the $600 deposit we made and stating we owe an additional ~$780. They stated they mailed it to us and read the address on file. I let them know we have informed delivery so all of our mail is scanned and I don’t have a piece of mail from them to which they replied “it must have gotten lost in the mail”. They provided a list of charges with no move out checklist. Upon requesting more information their lies began to unravel. I have signed documentation stating I wanted to be present at the move out inspection. I have never in the entire year allowed them to enter my apartment without permission. After waiting all day no one came and I was told “they were busy”. Weeks later we were told “they attempted the inspection and knocked but no one was home”. Today I received photos dated on the move out date prior to when I returned my keys. This means the maintenance worker was in my home when it was in my possession with my belongings WITHOUT my permission. Ironically as soon as I left to get food they magically entered my apartment without permission. They took photos of items on the counter that we were actively moving out to justify the charges. Literally took photos of pots I have in my possession and I have a video when I left and there are clearly no pots on the counter. The apartment was not in tip to shape when we received it however we decided to let things go because it’s an apartment. People are going to live there. We have caught these people in so many lies please save yourself the headache of living here. They won’t answer the phone, they will violate your boundaries and home, and at the end they’ll lie to your face and act clueless. I wouldn’t have known they were in my apartment without my permission had they not told on themselves trying to justify charged. Karma is real and that’s exactly why they are caught in all of their lies."

"If I can describe this place with one word, it would paradise! Felt like I was on a permanent vacation looking out from my enlarged patio. Friendly community, neighbors are nice and willing to make me friends. Management offers various activities for family and children during the summer such as movie night and taco Tuesday. In perfect location to everything. Multiple parks in walking distance. Family and child friendly environment. You will not be disappointed if you stayed here, and it will be hard to leave if you’re looking to purchase a home."
