Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

"Arrived at the hotel and was immediately told that I would get a room with no view, facing a wall because I booked with a 3rd party. I didn't complain but when I went to the room, the window was level with a roof top landing, enclosed by 3 walls (dark) with a ladder leading directly to the room from the outside. I didn't feel safe (single female). I went back to the lobby and politely explained. He said he can't change the room because I paid upfront (odd). I asked to cancel so I could go to hotel where I felt safer. Although I was polite, he became indignant, saying in a nasty way that next time I shouldn't use a third party. I thought to myself, "How would I know guests from 3rd parties are treated this way. Best Western should just not allow 3rd party bookings". When I asked to cancel my reservation, he gave me another room (they have plenty available) but not without adding more negative comments. Now I'm here at the hotel, wishing I were not, hoping I can look past this unpleasant experience and focus on the event for which I came. Very upsetting! I travel extensively for work (acquiring well over a million frequent flyer miles) and have never been treat by any other hotel chain in this manner."

"Clean, super fantastic staff, Jacuzzi very soothing, pool freezing this time of year... Complimentary breakfast was a treat. Bed comfy! Shower and bathtub nice. Great prices for what you receive. Eating and shopping and entertainment like Top golf and Bowling very close..."

"This was a nice hotel in a good area. They require a key to get into the lobby after a certain time of night but were very kind about buzzing me in. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a warm breakfast. All of the employees that I talked to were very kind and thoughtful. If I had to get a room in the area again, I'd definitely consider staying here."
