"Maintenance Carlos is very professional and kept the job clean during and after. I had issues with one of the canister lights in my living room and he replaced the old outdated lighting with a new LED which made my room so much nicer. He really knows how to get the job done and goes above and beyond for the residents here. Alyssa and Jennifer are both amazing in the office. They made the process of moving in and living here great. I would recommend this property 100% it’s like living at resort. The first photo is the new canister LED and the other photo is the old one."

"Loved the community at Santa Barbara ! Elizabeth was very welcoming and polite.The only thing I would say is that the other leasing associate that was there, had a snobby attitude . While Elizabeth took us to tour the 4 bedroom home , the other leasing associate looked down from the top of the stairs and said “I’m touring”. As if she had an issue with us being there the same time as her. It was very unprofessional and impolite and it made us all uncomfortable. Despite her unkindly behavior, Elizabeth still made our touring experience pleasant ! And I can not wait until it’s time for us to lease."

"Santa Barbara truly provides a 1st class experience, coming from a nightmare of a situation, Jennifer and her staff made it really easy. A special shout out to Leneik, I met her touring their sister property (Jamboree). After my visit I decided to choose Santa Barbara, we were so impressed with her that I asked her to help us through the process. Office staff is prompt and knowledgeable, maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. Love this spot, would recommend to anyone."
