"Stay away from this place! They do not care about their tenants all they care is about collecting rent! They never fix anything in the apartment units and the sidewalks are filled of trash and dog feces. Management is rude I can keep going about how horrible this place is."

"This place is a joke. Downhill ever since the managers Adam and Isabel left. I have lived here a DECADE and can't wait to leave. You get what you pay for here, which is cheap. There is a major disconnect between maintenance and the office. If you can afford to go somewhere else, do it. I could write a 5 page paper on this place but I'll spare you. 2 stars because at least the UPSTAIRS has laundry hook ups."

"Can never get anyone in the office...you need keys for the stairs that lead to the units and laundry room but mine dont work and still have not recieved any so i have to take the sketchy elevator every day which wasnt working one morning so i had to walk out on the street hoping the gate to the garage was left open which it was...to get to my car ...and some vendors who came to look at the apartment or something left my door unlocked for several days while i was out of town....the list goes on of complaints ...i will say the maintenance guys and who ever helped me in the office is always nice but moving here has been very stressful and i would bot recommend"

"I have been at Sunrise Fountain for years, it’s a quiet gated complex with a pool, hot tub, workout room, on site laundry that’s 24 hours and best of all it’s a great location not too far from Angel Stadium, the Outlets and the freeways. In the last two years they have renovated and made improvements to make it an even nicer place to be."
