"My residence at Cherry Creek came at an interesting time in my life. I had just dropped out of college the previous year and had been working full-time at Disneyland then Olive Garden leading up to moving in. I was young and confused and had no idea what it meant to have my own apartment with a roommate. I am a minimalist so the lack of amenities did not bother me at all. Other than the amenities, Cherry Creek offered all i ever had dreamt of in an apartment complex. The management, Paty and Patty at the time (now Paty and Jonathan i believe) were gentle, sweet, understanding, patient and hardworking for their tenants. Maintenance has seen better days but the staff really cared. I will always remember that place because when I was there I legitimately felt like family. Rent is cheap and it is in the best part, or at least safest part, of Santa Ana (the Costa Mesa side). ! bed ! bath was very spacious and affordable. Watch out for ants and other creepy crawlers but that just comes with the territory. Thank you Cherry Creek for providing me with such an amazing experience!!!"

"Worst Apartments !! .. I have seen people takings drugs here .. Some people do business from their apartments . I saw one person always doing carpentary job in the car garage next to me ... its totally unsafe .. Especially the management is so poor .. Manager Patty Mudeno is the worst person i have ever met in my life."
