"Just called and a guy answered "Hello", I was confused as if I got the right number. But that's not all, he was short and rude, I asked if there were any apartments available and I got a straight "No". So rude, honestly, where is the customer service skills? He for sure needs to take some classes to attend a business number and customer service would also be nice."

"Was here to check out an apartment but right when I parked in the guest parking spots specifically for the leasing office visitors, someone came out to tell me not to park there. I tried to explain I was there to see the leasing office, but the person kept talking over me unwilling to listen. Idk if it was the manager or a resident, but shows you the vibe of the place... so I just left."

"I’ve been calling this apartments for the past week to make sure the apartment is still there and they invited me in (was planning to go tomorrow). All of a sudden I tell him I have a service animal he’s like no. LOL"

"I agree it used to be a very bad place to live, but since we have a new manager a little over a year, things have improved a lot. They never leave any issue unattended for more than 24 hours, and most of the time, their response is really fast. The new manager is a very professional and attentive lady. My main complaint is how old the apartments are, but that does reflect on the price. It is a good value for the money considering the maintenance. Parking is another issue, although it is getting better now that the manager is making rounds often checking stickers."
