"It’s been almost a month without proper hot water. And before this warm water was the best I got in my unit. Edit 12/15/2023: once again the Hot water is out!!!! How is this acceptable??"

"More than 4 months without hot water, they do not solve anything, the famous Friday that they wait for "according to" to approve the purchase of the new water heater does not arrive, terrible administration. The pool is so beautiful in the photos, they never open it, during spring break they don't even open it, they opened it for about 10 days in the summer and during office hours, so if you work and want to use it on the weekend, forget it, it will never happen. And there is a schedule from 10 am to 9 pm, and supposedly there is surveillance that comes to close the pool and they don't even do that. They don't even answer to give a solution anymore, but if they are punctual to send the rent bill, you won't be late with a payment because you'll have to pay a fine. And the manager doesn't even talk about solving anything, he just says that he also lacks hot water. The company that manages does not answer Legacy Partners does not solve either. This situation is very frustrating. Out of nowhere they remove the water that is already a lot for repairing pipes. They are very abusive to our community. And even by this means they say “they are solving the heater issue” they will do it whenever they want."
