"I wish I could leave a positive review about this apartment community because I really want to like it, but I want to share my experience. Maintenance is amazing! They are very nice and respectful and they will make sure requests are completed as fast as they can. They also have the community very clean and are always on top of everything. Now when it comes to saving important documents, the are very disorganized. They lose them. Ever since we moved in. It is a very disorganized management so be prepared to be called by the office for all kinds of documentation. I feel like everyone would be upset if they have to go through this at least more than 3 times in a year"

"I've lived here since 2018 and over the last year and a half the management has changed... for the worse! Nobody is ever at the office and they don't answer the phone or emails. It's a joke. They just hired one of the worse companies to patrol the parking (Patrol One in Santa Ana- with a Yelp rating of 1 star- look up the reviews which detail countless problems),so I'm sure things will get worse. Disappointing..."
