"Management is the worst I don’t recommend. No one to rent here I know I regret it cheap stoves refrigerators everything is cheap mirrors in the bathroom spend your money somewhere else or stay where your at for now! While you find a better place, and I have spoken to management, they do not do anything about certain issues like I said before avoid this place don’t bother, i so regret renting here these apartments have so many issues with them being out of date I have spoken with other tenants and we have the same opinion about this place management doesn’t do anything until things break or it’s been a while since your request for someone from maintenance to come and take a look at the problem, they still have the nerve to want to blame you what ever the issue is because of all the outdated things in the apartment I spoken to management already a couple of times. One thing is for sure as soon as my lease is up I’m leaving this rental property it’s the worst place I have lived in! Discuss what all you working there act like immature little kids you should be trained in some manners that’s what you need when helping us renters not trying to get rid of us when we go inside the office to talk to you about whatever issue it is that we have."

"I cannot express enough how amazing and wonderful El Sereno has been through my entire process with them. Amber, is an amazing person not just an amazing property manager. She is very well rounded and she is hands on, always making sure things are done well. Not only her but, everyone I have spoke to in the office has helped very much. The property is very cleaned and maintained."

"first off, this place has SO MANY CAR BREAK IN AND CAR ROBBERIES! that absolute WORST management that will not do anything to help and never answer the front desk phone when calling. No security, no security cameras, Old apartments, outdated appliances, ceiling leaks, along with raising rent every year? i don’t mind but at least keep the place nice and invest into the property! still the same as it was built in 1970’s with the ugly popcorn roofs. constant leaf blowing in the morning that ruin the cars around them and don’t actually clean the area, instead blow the dirt everywhere! I have so many issues about this place and so do MANY of the current residents that LIVE THERE feel the same way! many open apartments for a reason AVOID!!!!"

"Completed my first year living here. Gotta say I'm so happy with this place!!! Community is kept clean. There's an Amazon locker here. Neighbors are kind, and those who have pets are responsible and pick up after their pets. The area is surprisingly quite! Pool, laundry room, and bbq grill are nice. Parking is great. The unit itself is a bit dated, but for the price compared to previous renting experiences, I am content. Would not be thrilled to pay more. Location is great. Within 5 mile radius are grocery stores, Claremont village, 2 freeways (10fwy / 210fwy) restaurants, and gas stations. MOST IMPORTANTLY - management is genuinely great. Responsive, courtesy, and carry a sense of urgency. Honestly, cannot say enough good things here. It's a relief to find a place with this many positives."

"Love it here. First off, the management team is awesome. Rene, Shawna & Amaureen we’re so helpful in getting us into our apartment and making sure things went smoothly and quickly. They are very friendly, professional and efficient! The maintenance staff is also very kind & quick to service when needed. The facilities are always kept well & clean. The property is beautiful and close to Claremont Village, Baldy, the freeways, and metro. Parking is ample including the parking outside the apartment as well. The gates and the amazon hub lockers keep it safe here which is a nice change compared to other apartments! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area. This one is a gem :)"
