"I don’t know who these reviews are lying to but it ain’t me. I lived here with my family for almost 10yrs. The tenants are so bad they ran out 4 managers in the span of 6 months. It’s very ghetto but everyone keeps to themselves. One of the tenants burned my sisters car and instead of kicking them out she went and bad mouthed our family. We were harassed by the maintenance man for months because our car was parked in our spot but the tags were expired (car hasn’t moved since). He even almost hit my sister with his truck and I recorded and sent to her. Nothing was done about said maintenance and he ended up walking out on his own. Unprofessional. She loves drama and picks out tenants for drama. She evicted half the complex and you can guess they were ghetto looking."

"LeMar, is a great place to live. Especially with its open floor plans. For your on the go lifestyle. Near the 5 freeway, and the 91 freeway which you can connect to go any where. Its pet friendly and resident friendly. Also great that I can have my family visit with an open yard where they can have there fun."
