Waterstone Park Apartments

"Its calm and peacefu Edit : 2024 I take back my 5 stars , if you have kids that like being kids this is definitely not the place . I was living there for about 5 years definitely has its issues the manger always favored the townhomes than the apartment people , good luck finding maintenance to come in case an emergency ! Now as for safety this apartment lacks on it all gates will remain open , we witness someone and their dog get killed trying to stop a robbery at their home at midnight ( theres literally hardly any cameras ) ! Btw horrible roach , mice and CAT problems I’m talking about you will literally hear cats all night either fighting or mating . ALSO IF YOU DONT WEAR APPROPRIATE SWIM WEAR TO THE POOL JUAN CHARGES YOU A FEE SORRY TO SAY BUT JUAN YOU ARE ONE MONEY HUNGRY DUDE THE FIRST YEAR WAS OK BUT AFTER REALIZING HOW SHADY YOU ARE I DECIDED TO UPDATE MY REVIEW THERES NO PEACE WITHIN THOSE COMPLEX OOO AND BTW NO VISTOR PARKING:("

"Been living here on and off for three plus years. All the units I have been in are really spacious and well maintained. Small maintenance stuff is usually handled same or next day if you call during business hours. The large pool is also really nice for family gatherings and it has a small gym which I have used a handful of times for the treadmill Over the years the property has had lots of renovations and improvements which have never personally caused me too much inconvenience I also love the walkable neighborhood only 3 blocks away starting on memory lane. It is so nice and peaceful. I go there to walk my dog and lounge in the parks The only downside is that parking is scarce. if they are parked wrong your overnight visitors will get towed. never any towing issues during the day though"

"The leasing manager Juan set an appointment with us, said he had openings. We called him day of, no answer. We show up and he tells us there's no more openings. Totally unprofessional that he did not let us know or at least answer the phone when we call."

"There is lots of spiders and lot of cockeraches. Does not feel safe.There is also mice living here and the manager does a bad job. I even moved out of this place for reasons"

"We are current residents at Waterstone Park Apts and have been there for many years. Even though we love the spacious units, our neighbors, the proximity to freeways and just the apartments themselves, we have to say something about the lack of security and CONSTANT vandalism going on that keeps falling on deaf ears. Our storage units were vandalized, cars get broken into and EVERY SINGLE TIME you try to talk to the management team they have the NERVE to tell you "WELL WHAT CAN WE DO THIS IS SANTA ANA" (!!!!!!) REALLY??? that's funny because you guys are charging prices that may very well compete with other cities. For a while the problem got better but if you want to live in a place where you feel safe then as much as it hurts me to admit it ... Waterstone Park Apts is not the right place for you look somewhere else where the management will at least look like they care about your safety."
