"$4000 for rent and the building can’t afford to clean the windows just once a year… they are insanely dirty and haven’t been cleaned in over a year and wont be cleaned anytime soon."
"Here’s a few things you should know before moving here: - The upkeep is terrible- the place is a mess. You should see the stairwell- I attached a photo of a bottle of cigarettes in there. I don’t think they have ever cleaned the stairwell. If this were a cheap place to live that would be another thing, but for what we are paying this place should be spotless. I will remove this review if these issues are fixed. - The gym is not taken care of either. Constantly a mess and how do we not have a filtered water system in our building to save bottle usage? Every building has one of these. - Constantly smells like weed throughout the entire building. If you’re like me and hate this smell, just be aware. - Cops are here everyday- doesn’t seem like a safe place to live."
"Had stuff stolen out of my vehicle in the garage, and nobody will help you out. They will tell you to call the police which will result in nothing. The people who work here are absolutely no help in situations like these. I will continue to tell EVERYONE I know to steer clear of this awful place that cares NOTHING about security. Im sure you’ll see in more reviews that I’m not the only one."
"I am giving a 5 star review due to the attentiveness of the concierge desk when I needed assistance with a package. Jorge helped me locate a missing package of mine that went missing. He went above and beyond, going as far as looking through security cameras in the elevator. In the end he found it! He’s always been very kind and courteous. Thank you Jorge!"
