"there are elderlies and people with disabilities - yet they took their time to repair/modernizing the elevator. there are two but now we're down to one elevator since September of last year (2023). Long wait....should someone with Covid use the only available elevator - can't imagine the repercussion it will have on the residents. There is something something calculating about this new Management. Rather clinical, detach....i don't get the same community vibes that this place used to have. it's a shame."
