Reviews
"- There are not enough parking spots for all the residents, especially during peak hours. I often have to drive around for a long time to find a spot, or park far away from my building. This makes me feel tired and unsafe, especially when I come home late at night. - I have to pay for a parking permit every year, but I do not see any benefits from it. There is no enforcement of the parking rules, and I see many cars parked overnight without permission. Some of these cars take up more than one spot, or block the fire lanes or the dumpsters. This is unfair and disrespectful to the residents who follow the rules and pay for their permits. Write several email to complain about this to apartment management but got no response."
"Apt138 you will find cockroaches ,spiders and rats everywhere it’s horrible place to live there don’t rent there even if they give you money bad management no parking places your car it will get towed without any reason ,,(the number of apartment 138)"
"Whoever the dumb rude ignorant agent was that lied about the price, just know I reported you to HUD. I have screenshots as well and You’re not allowed to discriminate against people with vouchers and people with disabilities. It’s a law you ignorant fool. So thanks for lying. I filed 2 complaints along with the 3rd with Fair Housing of Orange County."
"Currently living here. And I’m making this review as I’m waiting and looking for parking space, which brings me to my biggest complain about the complex, amongst others; There is absolutely NOT ENOUGH parking space for the number of people living here. After 4pm, there is no parking unless you drive around in circles desperately waiting for someone to leave. Here’s is a pro and con list: PRO: - Located near shopping center, park and the I-5 - has a pool -laundry facility and mini gym - no fees when paying online - allows pets - nice Hispanic community - management in my experience has been nice and always communicative with construction and visits Con: -almost no public parking. Too many people live in this complex as well as the one next door which makes it impossible for you to find street parking. And if you do, it’s like 2 miles away -at least half of the washer and dryers aren’t working - electric stoves - does not include refrigerator -no in unit washer or dryer - ac is only in the living room Also, any LCAD students potentially looking at this complex, forget it. Unless you can afford this place on your own, roommates are out of the question because believe me, parking will drive you nuts. Totally not worth it. I’m debating on leaving because of the parking situation. It’s terrible. For the amount of people they let live in each apartment, they need to provide more parking spaces. I’m willing to move farther if it means I can get parking."
"This place gets no stars. My mom had moved out last year and now she lives in Texas. There was a language barrier so when my mom signed forms to move out they gave her the wrong one. She signed paperwork that was supposed to get her off the lease but it didn’t . The people still living there after she left and signed paperwork stopped paying rent. Now my mom has an eviction on her record because of the lack of care taken in the legal aspect of things to take someone off the lease. We called many times as well and they didn’t follow any aspect of the law. The people staying there stated that this office would allow them to renew lease without her being there. I could be wrong but don’t all parties need to be present to extend a lease to sign? This place has the worst management ever and now my mom has to have an eviction on her record due to the mistakes from this place. Don’t rent here, they do not care and are not educated on how to run anything."
