"Was robbed at gunpoint, walking to my car at the apartments. Also, homeless people will break into and live in empty apartments that are vacant. They know that there is no security for tenants and no number for tenants to call after hours. The leasing office has known about it and continues to do nothing. Have been warning the leasing office for a couple of months, but warnings fall on deaf ears. Gang members continue to congregate at the park, and the apartment continues to further deteriorate in safety. We also have vermin and insects and continue to collect fees for pest control. There's obviously no pest control company. Save yourself money and don't live here or visit after dark. FYI, releasing me from my lease does nothing for your current residents. What's they're guarantee to keep them same if you continue to leave vacant apartments unlocked, blinds open to said apartments. You leave us in an unsafe situation. Save your canned responses and DO SOMETHING!!! Armando, Savannah, Terry, and Equity Apartments."
"Having a hard time with security. There are people that are non tenants using the neighboring park and there is no perimeter fence that keeps non tenants out of common spaces. They can be there as late as 2am, and have heard fights break out, or massive amount of unsupervised kids running the parking lot at all hours. Have talked to the office many times, but they have offered not much other than apologies and a rent increase. Will need to move as soon as lease is up since I don't feel safe leaving my home past 9pm. Don't move in, maybe Equity will pay attention and put money in securing their property."
