The office staff, including the maintenance team and landscape team are ALL so friendly and helpful in all situations. They are always working hard to keep the common grounds clean freshly groomed and the laundry facilities are always clean too. I love my neighbors, its fun to meet up at the office area when the local food trucks come on Fridays and the occasional taco guy on sat! Come check it out and be my new neighbor!!!"

"I lived in this place from 2015 to 2019, I loved it, they allow pets where they even made a closed park for their fun, it has its own car wash, it has like 6 laundry rooms, my apartment was supposedly a studio, but it had a living room, kitchen, terrace with a closet, a room with a window, a hall with closets, and a bathroom, all in perfect condition, the staff was very helpful and friendly, they helped me a lot when I needed it, both from mtto. and the office, stay with much thanks To both Veronica and Linda, I 100% suggest this place, close to everything and very quiet."
