"Love our 1 bed, 1 bath apartment home at the Mavis! They are super affordable and well taken care of. There is garage parking/storage as well as a driveway so parking and storage is never an issue as long as you have 2 cars. All of the homes have private or shared backyards, and washer and dryer hookups, which is also a huge bonus. On top of how great the apartment homes are, the management is great. Any time my boyfriend and I have questions or need maintenance, the leasing manager, Bianca, always responds promptly and our issues are fixed in no time. You can tell she cares a lot about the residents and quality of the Mavis apartment homes. I would highly recommend moving to the Mavis if you get a chance. The homes are so great that they go quickly!"

The entire street is really well taken care of and everyone is super friendly. We had two people from Mavis street stop to help us move in! On top of loving our apartment, Bianca Cerillo the apartment manager is one of the best property managers I've ever met. From the first time meeting with her all the way through our move she was so helpful and on top of every request I had for her!
