"I’ve lived in Aspect Apartments for a couple of months and I’d like to say a few things. First, I have no idea why the ratings are so low if this place tops all locations in Fullerton and Anaheim. The office staff, maintenance, and groundskeepers all do an amazing job keeping this community spotless. There’s dogs and that means poop and pee but not here, everything is clean sanitized and safe. We have amenities like no orher, I’ve lived in a few apartments and they don’t have as many as this location. You really get a great deal for your money. And all gates have a key fob, none of that code input stuff that even strangers have access to. The only way you’re getting in, is with that key fob and that means safety and reassurance that this is a well protected environment for all. They have multiple floor plans and they function well. All in all, no compliants or concerns, I love it here and if you are looking for a new home, you’ll love it here too."

"So it appears that this place doesn’t like to return deposits from what I’ve seen in other reviews. I lived here for a 13 month lease and made sure to leave the apartment in great condition. Didn’t get any of my deposit returned and now I owe extra money. I’ve lived at several different complexes and buildings and this is the first time I’ve never received a deposit back. They charged for basic turnover maintenance that other buildings have never charged us for which is ridiculous so maybe it’s just the company they’re owned by. I wouldn’t recommend this place. My experience was fine for the most part but there are better options. The apartment can’t do anything about the homeless population surrounding the building, so it’s useless to complain about that. The location is great since everything is a 5 minute drive away. The West building was definitely quieter but I had the worst upstairs neighbors. The office staff was nice for the most part, I usually never had to deal with the leasing office because we typically kept to ourselves."

"i loved living here. the location i feel like is so convenient, you have stores and restaurants at walking distance which i loved. unfortunately they can’t do anything about homeless but i do know their after hours security is top notch. i’ve personally been kicked out of amenities because i lost track of time and didn’t realize it was already 10 PM. i also come home pretty late most days and i always see a security personnel posted at the front. have to relocate to another city but i really did enjoy this property."

"Kevin was absolutely awesome during our apartment search at Aspect. He was friendly, transparent, and accommodated all of our requests. He really made our apartment hunt as smooth as possible! Although I didn’t end up moving here due to location reasons, the office staff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen, so I’m leaving this review. :)"

"THIS WAS MY HOME FOR PAST 13 MONTH, THIS IS THE WORST APPARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! NEVER MOVE IN THERE! It was such terrible experience with an apartment, after 13 months of leasing there were only disadvantages. Its not a safe area at all, loud drift cars right to apartment complex at Bowlero with loud music in the middle of the night ( and everyone that lives there will agree ). This area is absolutely teeming with homeless people, from time to time they are in the apartment area, at the pool or other grill area. Once you step outside the complex or just look out the window, 95% of seeing a crackhead. The Jacuzzi doesn't work more often than it does. The pool is not heated and its always dirty. In the entertainment area, the pool table sticks are probably still broken and residents are waiting on the new ones until this day, for about 6 months now. All the hallways are infested with dogs. The Trash rooms smell bad. It is very noisy, the walls and ceiling do not insulate the sound at all. While I was there, an expensive parcel was stolen. They also broke into my wife's car on a guest parking. And in the end, they don’t give back the deposit at all, charge me $2000, ( and I returned the apartment in the same condition as when I moved in there. Everyone I’ve spoken to about the deposit said that it is the first time they have seen complex ripping off like this. Never, never, never move into these apartments!!!! One of the advantages is freeway close to them. That’s about it."
