"I was going to just post my five stars and leave it like that but then I read some of the other reviews and felt compelled to share my experience to counter some of the bad reviews. I’ve been living at The Barkley for many years now and it would be hypocritical of me to badmouth them. They’ve been considerate, polite, and efficient in resolving any issues I’ve had throughout the years — and there haven’t been many to be honest. This last time I needed work done was to replace my dining area window glass and both the Barkley crew as well as their vendor were professional, did a great job, and were clean. Lisa, Sigue, and Henry are always on top of things. I would, definitely, recommend The Barkley to any future prospective tenant."

"The Maintenace guys here are horrible, they are nosy in people's business. When they come to fix things they say very unprofessional things, overall horrible experience with them. Moved in not long ago and very dissatisfied with them. Both Henry and Siguifredo horrible experience so much so I DONT want them in my home."

"Pick Up Your Tenants Phonecalls and Emails!!!! Security guards at night over doing it with towing cars from tenants here at these apartments, we already have to deal with people breaking into our vehicles, we pay so much rent here and they literally charge us for everything just to have our cars towed, broken into, no security cameras what so ever, homeless people walking around, on the weekends the pool and laundry mat don't open till late afternoon, alot of tenants icing with mold and the handyman just paint over it, rats every where at night, and to top it off we have security guards that care more about towing people cars that live here and pay extra for a second parking spot than doing their job and keeping this property safe. DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"Mayra and Maebelyn are awesome! They are always very helpful. The community is nice and clean. The apartments are super roomy. I love how there is so much cabinet space! I love how they always have resident events! By far I am a happy resident and I totally recommend checking this place out!"

"The leasing office staff are active and extremely polite, especially Jessica and Kim. I chose to contact with them via email instead of walking in to the office. Jessica responded to all my emails very fast and answered all my questions in details. They are honest too. I signed a 6-month lease, and I had to vacate a month earlier. Jessica told me that I had to pay the rent and I would be reimbursed if someone moved in. Fortunately, six days after vacanting it, someone leased the apartment, and they prorated the rent and refunded me. The other upsides: - they have spacious apartments. - very quiet at night. - adjacent to Anaheim Shopping Center. - the rent kind of reasonable. The downsides: - No washing machines in units. - No elevators, two-floor buildings. - No gym and lobby. - Pets are allowed. I dislike dogs and I hate to hear the sound of Barking. Worse Yet, I often used to see their feces on some areas of the grass which is very very disgusting sight!"
