"I’ve lived here a little over a year now, and I feel like I really lucked out. This place is a definite upgrade from similar complexes I’ve lived in. It’s clean, well-maintained, and I’ve been impressed by how considerate most of my neighbors are. Definitely more of a mature, laid-back vibe. I’ve had a few maintenance issues (nothing major) and they’ve always been addressed promptly. The entire staff is friendly. No safety concerns. On-site security is always around, which I appreciate tremendously. Prices seem comparable to anything else in the area. Orange County isn’t a cheap place, but considering how close I am to the beach, how much room I have in my 2br/2ba unit, and how happy and low-stress my living situation here has been, I feel like the value is pretty good. It’s a bit silly, but I also appreciate the stream of running water outside of my apartment. Incredibly relaxing at night! Highly recommend."
