"STAY AWAY! These apartments have terrible ventilation issues. You smell everything going on in your neighbors' units. Every day our apartment gets filled with disgusting smoke and food smells. 2nd bathroom also came with smelly mildew/water damage and maintenance said they couldn't do anything. Dumpsters constantly overflowing with trash so people just leave trash in the walkways nearby."

"Just moved out after almost 4 years. This is a great place to live in. Never had any issues with anyone. The office crew is awesome. Every time I called and request any maintenance. They were very friendly and always prompt to come fix the problems. I want to thank Yvonne and Tac they were always very friendly. Sad to move out since I bought a house but if I ever need to rent. I wouldn't hesitate to move back. THANK YOU AGAIN!!"

"Our family lived at Park Plaza for almost a year and a half before moving to a larger place for our growing family. We were incredibly sad to leave. Tac, Yvonne, Miriam and maintenance staff were world-class. They truly strive to put YOU first from application to move-out. The amenities were great and apartment quality was excellent. We had beautiful marble countertops and cabinetry throughout the unit. The flooring was durable and withstood two kids under 6 and our small dog. Poop bag dispensers were throughout the property; there was even a dog park on-site! Whenever we had a maintenance request, were received prompt responses and action. The neighbors and children we met were friendly and welcoming from day one. We remain in contact with a couple of them to this day. Thank YOU Park Plaza for providing an excellent HOME for our family. We will always remember the fun times we had at home."

"You get what you pay for here and it is worth the price. Great apartments with great amenities. Pools are always clean and the landscaping is kept up. The only problem is parking, but that's California for you. The only reason why we moved was because of a job and the commmute would have been too long. But our new place is nowhere near as good as these apartments even though we are paying the same amount. Rent with confidence."
