"This complex has a serious crime problem. Cars always being broken into, packages get stolen, and even laundry stolen from dryers. Cars have had their wheels and tires stolen and left on blocks and still there is no security. Constant noise from leaf blowers all day, every day that covers the balcony in dust. Impossible to work from home with all the noise. Dogs barking all night and feces everywhere. You can do a lot better for less money elsewhere. Units are old and run-down, no washer/dryer. Rats and bugs are a constany problem and management does nothing about any of it. Not worth it. Look elsewhere."

"They do not actually care about their residents they will just sweet talk you to get you to shut up so they can take your money. They hire poorly trained and/or poorly resourced staff. The contractors they work with to do work around the property are rude and disrespectful to the residents. They won't inform you of construction or any work being done around you on top of that. There's mold, constantly breaking pipes, neighbors who have the police called on them constantly, dogs are left out on the balconies so you hear barking nearly 24/7, and don't expect to use your own balcony because everything reeks of dog urine and feces. The apartments aren't insulated well at all so prepare for uncomfortable winters and summers or a high utilities bill. There's no real security either only gates they don't shut and one or two cameras that are rarely in use. Cars have been broken into in the "secure garage". Homeless people are frequently sleeping in our stairwell and the elevator breaks constantly. This is not a safe place to live alone or as a woman. The maintenance staff is the only good thing about this place as they are promt, kind, and clearly work hard."

"Way overpriced for such an old complex and there is no security patrol or cameras. Windows leak when it rains and wind blows right through cracks in the wall. My neighbor had his tires stolen in the garage and other cars have had windows shattered and everything stolen. Strange people walking around all the time stealing packages and homeless people bathing in the jacuzzis because there is no security. Police are always here for drug arrests and assaults so stay away if you're looking for a safe place to live or have a family. Have seen used syringes at the pool and in elevators, so not the place for kids either. Office staff is a total joke and may as well be offsite somewhere, they do absolutely nothing, never answer the phone, and never call you back. Parking is a total nightmare and they charge for parking for your car to get burglarized. Can't wait to move out in 23 days."

"The Grand Apartment is fantastic! We got great service from Lori & Nick (leasing agents) when moving in - I arrived really late, and Lori stayed after work to make sure I got my keys. Nick helped with setting up internet and cable in my apartment. And, Juan (Maintenance Mgr) and his team updated items in my bathroom and in apartment. The entire team is very responsive and service outstanding. I would HIGH RECOMMEND The Grand Apartments as your new home! Very, very happy to be part of the neighborhood!"
