"Had a lovely time living at Orangewood Villa Apartments. The staff is very helpful and the location is the best if you study or work at Chapman University. It's a walking distance from old town, and also from a parking lot with grocery and other convenience stores. I truly recommend Orangewood if look for a place to live in Orange."
"I loved living at Orangewood Villa Apartments! I would never have left, however I retired and moved to a retirement community to be with retired friends. The grounds and laundry rooms are well cared for …. I really loved the landscaping. The staff is very attentive and kind."
"I just recently lived here for 6 months until I closed on a home. The property is older but it is extremely well maintained and jacqi and the staff are great and take great care of the property. If you put in repair order it is usually fixed same day. The maintenance staff is super friendly and always tells residents good morning. The property is super quiet and monitored which means you don’t have to worry about people subletting for Airbnb or parties on the weekend. I felt very safe with my 8 year old and love being able to walk to skate ring. I highly recommend this place and the one star reviews are from people who don’t get approved to live there. Amazing property"
