Reviews
"Called to ask if there are any availabilities in four months, because MANY apartments post them and I was laughed at. Woman who picked up gave me attitude and said "Now how the hell would I know that." Extremely rude and unprofessional."
"Casa De Sol apartments are over priced and poorly run. I moved into my apartment without it being cleaned, and when asked, Sue (the manager) told me that the cleaners just didn’t show up. Nothing happened after that, so my room was left dirty upon arrival. Previous tenants have left an old couch in the apartment, it is very dirty and rather large. Instead of doing her job and having it removed, she is now insisting upon me moving it myself before I move out of the apartment. When you already pay over the odds for a dirty, run down, gross apartment with a terrible parking situation, the last thing you expect is for the manager to insist upon you doing her job for her. Oh, and the garages were broken into twice during my stay, as well as the garage door literally collapsing on top of my car. There are many other apartment options in Orange for a similar price point, and I am sure they will not be run half as badly as this is."
"Susan, the manager, runs a tight ship but the upkeep is second to none. An amazing, quiet place to live, picturesque pool area and convenient location. Best place to live near chapman university."
"A lady named Sue, supposedly the manager, answered the phone for their office only after I called two times in a row and was pretty rude and unprofessional, didn't even say the name of the apts, no professional greeting, only a harsh irritated hello. If she was too busy to answer the phone, that's her problem, not mine, phones should always be answered during working hours. Most of these apt complexes are not up to standards, crummy places to live and operated by totally unprofessional personnel that couldnt care less about the people who call the place they work at home or are searching for a home as stressful as that can be, and is mostly just because of people like this. I wouldn't want to pay my hard earned money to a staff like that. I'd feel ripped off."
"I feel descriminitacion in this place they don't like kids"
