"It's a nice place to reside, except for the neighbors with the exception of a few.... My mom has had two crazy neighbors so far. One is now in jail and the other is still harassing her and spreading rumors throughout the community about us hacking into his cellphone, breaking into his apartment, blaming us for stealing an electric scooter and car from the other neighbor that's in jail! It's absurd!!! Manager has been out some help. The sheriff's are not helpful at all. My fixie bike was stolen about two moths ago and I'm very upset about it because I'm disabled and needed that to get around. I don't have $200 to replace it so I guess I'm out of luck."

"My problem was resolved on the same day. Everything in my apartment is in excellent condition. I keep it so clean, and when I have any problems they are resolved on the same day I request maintenance. Thank you Villas of Rowland Heights"

"Mom discovered carpet was wet. Reported it to the office. Same day, msintenance guy checked the problem. Replaced the leaking water heater rightaway. By Tuesday after the holiday, carpet was changed too. I truly appreciated the quick responses to this issues. Although my Mom have a lot of organizing to do due to the changing of carpet (removing all stuff from bedroom/closet), it was great that the major problems were taken care of so quickly and without any problem. Thank you."
