Parking is not allowed here, parking is not allowed there, and Threatening residents to have their cars towed away, and sending all kinds of boring notification messages to your phone every day, which is very annoying."

"Really rude manager, the front desk lady Mrs Catherine should be rotated and fired from her job. She is very rude. Never met a bad lady like her in the past 30 years. I personally won't rent here because of her. Her assistant should replace her as soon as possible because she is a lot nicer, reasonable and ready to assist you. But if the manager is still be around, more damages and more bad reviews will surely come from google in the future for sure. The apartment rating will go down because of her fake and bad behavior."

"BEWARE. The lady in the front desk and the so called manager Cathrine is so rude acting like she is the smartest person in the community whereas she is truly an ignorant person. Her behavior is really unstable and she doesn't have any interpersonal skills at all. This is the worst customer service from any property rental and she will give you a hard time depending on her moods. I would give her Zero and minus rating. The owner of this apartment place should step up replacing her right away because she is just hurting the business in the long run and very bad. I feel pity with a so called manager like her still exists nowdays."

"Not a safe place to live. Many car break ins inside parking lot and outside parking as well, happening all the time. You will see sheriffs often at this place. Management is rude and unprofessional. Convenient location but wouldn’t recommend"
