"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible. Pretty sure they do some illegal things and should be reported to the BBB(read full review to know why). Infested with roaches. Insanely loud neighbors at 3AM still screaming and karaoking on a work night. We saw a light bulb at the parking garage burst onto someone’s car and saw the maintenance lady scraping the glass off the car with their broom! Heard they didn’t take responsibility either. Our personal experience is anything broken such as AC, we have to fight with Maggie (management) in order to get anything fixed! Not just one fight but over and over. DO NOT LIVE HERE! It’s so awful not worth it at all. Cheap rent but you get your stuff damaged."

"The worst place to live in. Infested with roaches. Maintenance always do a Mickey Mouse job. There’s no privacy. But if you love noise you might like this place because there 100 kids on there skateboards making all types of noises till 11pm. I HATE THIS PLACE. Don’t live here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t believe the 5 stars. Horrible horrible apartments to live in. A homeless guy wouldn’t want to live there. That photo is from the AC leaking and we asked front office if they can fix it. It’s been 2 weeks now and no answer."

"Lived here for a year. The management was meh and the rents was cheap. Terrible safety though. My bike was stolen, and gang members were able to get in easily. The private parking was tight and the kids on the property have no respect for others belongings, they routinely went on my motorcycle and one of them cracked my car’s windshield. Not worth the rent"

"We love the apartment from the moment we moved in, and we have been here for 2 years. The office staff is always very pleasant and professional. Maintenance sometimes does take a while, but it always gets resolved. The club house and swimming pool is very modern and nice. There is always laundry spaces available, so we don't have to fight anyone for it. The patio is being upgraded, and we are very excited for it!!!"

"If I could review this place 0 stars I definitely would, please read before moving in or even applying !!! they constantly turn the water or hot water off. it’s roach infested, people next to us never last more than a year and every time people move more roaches come . just imagine if you had an ant problem okay well that but roaches instead that’s how bad it gets. we had to handle it on our own and buy stuff. there was a leak in our ceiling that went on for two years the pipe was never fixed we were told it was because we shower and drop too much water out side of the tub hahaha!! it got to the point that mushrooms started to grow I KID YOU NOT MUSHROOMS there was black fungus all over our bottom celling and that’s when I had enough they claimed they replaced the piped but who knows they might have just replaced the ceiling tile and that’s it. there was an accident where someone fell and left a hole in wall from the restroom And the drywall has black mold ! That was a year ago they patched it up but to get rid of mold you have to knock down and replace the whole wall. They complain about anything you put outside ur door or in your balcony how about actually fixing real problems instead of worrying about the way the apartment looks on the outside ? Almost every 6months your rent will be raised even if you have a lease . Oh yeah and the pool isn’t always open during the summer too, and the water taste salty and never smells like chlorine so I don’t even think they use chlorine. They can literally be taken to court for all the dangerous living conditions. I’m considering calling a safety inspector / mold inspector . ever since we moved here my mother has had breathing and allergy problem which I’m sure it’s because of the mold and roaches I kid you not that causes health problems she’s been hospitalized four times . disgusting and ridiculous apartments !!!
