"Honestly a 4 star except for office having a weird payment pay schedule and telling me and my roommate’s to pay cashier check. Staff is great and no real big issues."
"I found out my room has a lot of termites after a month passed when I moved in, and I reached out to the office to get inspection and treatment. It took them a month to make an appointment for an inspection which I definitely don’t understand. In general, it takes a few weeks to have inspector. I have already got treatments twice and it did not work which took them 3 months in total. I called many times to make an appointment after one treatment and they said I am busy so I’ll call you back but they did not do it for a week. It is not only my rooms but also other rooms in the 3rd floor, we have many holes in the ceiling and I guess termites come from there. I tried to talk with one of the staff that termites may come from the ceiling since there are bunch of them however, they never called me back. It’s been already been more than 3 months after I asked for getting rid of termites and treatments but I’m still struggling with that. I am paying $3240 for this room which is not believable since they staff is unattended all the time to talk about that problem. I also asked for reimbursement because I’m sleeping on the floor in the living room due to being afraid of termites in my room, however the manager rejected it. FYI, I'm paying for 2 bathrooms and beds. I should be capable of being applied for reimbursement."
"Living here for the first year was, on the whole, a positive experience that warranted a rating of 4.5-5 stars. My primary concern during that time was the Cadillac garage. It is worth noting that this issue primarily affects residents on the West side of the building, as it tends to generate a significant amount of noise, with Sundays being the only respite from the disturbance. Unfortunately, since the recent management change, there has been a noticeable decline in the overall quality of service. One area that has suffered from inconsistency is the payment process, involving both the office and the Domuso(app). The app's dependence on the office to update payment amounts often leads to delays, particularly during long weekends or at the end of the month on Fridays, which subsequently results in "late payments" when attempting to utilize automated payment methods. Moreover, cleanliness has been an ongoing struggle. I have had to request multiple times over a span of three weeks for the office to address messes caused either by other residents or local cleanup crews. This required providing photographic evidence and insisting on escorting one of the office personnel to the scene before they finally agreed to send someone to clean it up. Unfortunately, even after this effort, I had to repeat the entire process due to their initial subpar cleaning job. Regrettably, the office's most diligent and responsive member is now the "we'll be back" sign. This lack of attentiveness and efficiency is disheartening and significantly contributes to diminished satisfaction with the management's overall performance. In conclusion, while my initial year of living here was mostly positive, the recent management changes have resulted in a less-than-ideal experience. Inconsistencies in the payment process, coupled with ongoing cleanliness issues and a lack of attentiveness from the office, have considerably affected my overall satisfaction. It is my hope that these issues are promptly addressed and improvements are made to restore the previous standard of professionalism and efficiency."

"3.5 rating. I have lived here for nearly 2 years. I loved it most of the time. The things I enjoyed the most was the hot tub (working most of the time), ease of parking for guests (street and across street lot), and the amenities. (Gym, garage, grills, apartment, etc.) However, as a reviewer I am entitled to give some criticism. I am moving due to a job relocation. However, I do not believe I would have been able to renew my lease due to the $500+ monthly increase within less than 2 years. Another thing was the management. Half way through my residence, they were sold to a management cooperation (MAC). Prior to the change, I had a very reliable point of contact (Railene and Claudia) in the office with minor issue other than under staffed maintenance. With the new management company I have realize more “community events” however, in a very outdoor community (AKA stairs everywhere), they rely on elevator communication for events. Speaking of elevators, since I moved in until I moved out, the elevator technically had an expired permit. Another thing this apartment loves is paper notification. The notifications got so persistent that I found myself requesting a hold on notifications but not even my mail. That being said, I believe if they were able to utilize email or text, many issues may be resolved. I guess I expected more streamline management since they were transitioning to a larger company but instead I lost lots of contact and community with the transition. Another minor issue I realized was the change in the online payment system. I had a harder time submitting maintenance requests and a harder time paying rent after the management change. Don’t get me wrong, there were a lot of bad situations I had that the apartment complex assisted me with without question, for example, when my 87 year old grandparent came to visit and fell through the screen door. They took care of everything while also expressing concern for his health. Overall the community is clean, mostly safe (not gated), and a friendly staff. I would recommend this location to many people however I think the price increase is not of comparable value to the neighboring locations/amenities and current apartment amenities/activities."
