"I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. You are not safe living at this complex. Your health and safety, and those that you love, will be in danger living here. Property management condones criminal activity, including drug deals and assault, and this type of illegal activity is rampant in this complex. Moreover, property management does not equitably enforce lease provisions, allowing select tenants to violate the lease without repercussions. Property management also refuses to address any habitability issues within the property including unsafe conditions, lack of adequate heating, among others. There has been illegal car repairs that have spilled oil and other chemicals for months. Management has refused to clean this health hazard. The parking lot is in disrepair and is where some of the drug deals take place in broad daylight, including the deal in the picture."

"This apartment complex is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. It's in a convenient location and offers parking for residents only. A nice walking path and open grassy areas are great accommodations, especially for dog walking and exercise."

"It looks dirty it's got no parking but great location next to a bar , seven eleven on the corner, you can ride a bike to the beach close to 55 and 405 freeway, on harbor Blvd so public busses run every 15 mins, grocery store within walkable distance. But I think it's over priced for the cleanliness and outdated layout of the building, I don't think there are any garages either. All the tenants are right on top of each other and packed into a small area the units are the same just very small and minimal space."

"I give two stars because of the location and pricing. I'd give more if the maintenance of the property weren't so awful. I've lived here 4 months and the management has yet to have fixed 80% of the issues with our unit. We've had to spend our own time and money to improve simple things like fixing the stucco on our porch, putting up curtains because our blinds are missing panels, filling in holes in walls, and regluing our laminate floor panels because of water damage. These are among the many simple maintenance requests that honestly should have been completed before we moved in. The walls are also incredibly thin so you can hear conversations from other apartments and it sounds like it's happening in the same room. I would not suggest anyone rent from this apartment community. It's worth the couple hundred to rent elsewhere in the area."
