"I want to kindly advise future residence to AVOID RENTING HERE!! The first month discount lured us into a year of rental nightmare and many unforseen repair issues. Don't be fooled by the nice exterior complexion of this property. If you prefer, terrible management, and poor staffing, smelly laundry due to poorly maintained rotten smelling laundry machines. Additionally, THERE ARE NEVER VISITOR PARKING ESPECIALLY FOR HANDICAP VISITORS, because terrible enforcement on handicap plaque. We received indirect harassments for bringing up the issues with unmet leasing agreements, poorly repairs inside our apartment causing odd odor resulting allergies, and poor piping causing the carbon monoxide sensor constantly going off, and much more. The mamangement would blame us or send unqualified people to resolve/repair the issues. Furthermore, we were charged hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees after moving out. Worse of all, the property office was approved to spend money on new AC system for their office building, some new fake turf, and added a water feature that brought mosquitoes near the rental office, instead of actually spending money FIXING REAL issues."

"I been living here for almost 3 years now. So far the best place I've ever rented I do want to say you get what you pay for. Although rent is up the roof, they are constantly renewing everything. Maintenance is always cleaning Every issue you bring up gets taken care of withing the day, 2 days max. Its completely safe for my kids as it is gated, from time to time I see a security walking up and down the apartments."

"I've lived here for a year and regret it ever since, no parking, washing machines always down, no hot water, broken glass and vomit on the sidewalk. If you think its safe then you're horribly wrong, never walk out at night because a helicopter is telling you to stay indoors. They raise the rent constantly and spend it on a utility cart. Do yourself a favor and rent else where."
