"Terrible service!!! I had appointment to put in my application and the manager wasn’t there. I called a couple of days later and the studio I looked at was rented out. However, she said she had another one available. So, I made an appointment for the next day. I go to my appointment and the other studio is now rented out. She didn’t call and notify me or anything. I wasted my time because of her inability to provide good service."

"I lived here for a year & I regret leaving ! Our apartment manager Sherry was awesome, never gave us an issue & was very helpful with the move in process as well as the moving out process. The apartment complex is always kept in order & whenever I had an issue with some thing in my apartment it was fixed a.s.a.p ! Yes, this was my first place ever & it was a great expirience."

"This place tries to squeeze every last dime out of you. First of all, if you have more than one car, KEEP AWAY! This is a dead end street... There are 4 more apartment complex in this dead end street, so you will find it very hard to find parking especially after 4pm. There is no other street to park on. The entrance to this dead end street is surrounded my small businesses with TOW AWAY signs everywhere. Use Google Maps and see for yourself. Trust me when I say this, I have had nights I had to spend up to 2 hours on the weekend to find parking at night. Sure the place may look nice, but at what cost? This is where this apartment’s management kicks in. They know parking is horrible outside, so they charge you an extra $40 to get an extra parking inside. Aside from that, they redid the parking so that the spaces are smaller to fit more cars at higher prices. If you park outside, you'll always think twice before going to the store... because you know in the back of your head, that there won’t be any parking when you get back. Management is management. Two-faced. They are rude and quick with the accusations/happy and dandy. They try to be your friend only to screw you over in the last minute. I understand that running an apartment complex is a business, but these people are ignorant. Leave it at that. Prepare to empty your wallet here. Rent goes up every year (typical, I guess)."
