"I moved to Sierra West apartments back in 2021. After meeting the manager Rebecca with her sweet demeanor, she showed me the apt that was available and what was needed to apply. When we came to sign the contract she was again very sweet. Fast forward 2 1/2 yrs I have enjoyed living here. Rebecca is one of the best apt managers I have had in forever. She is on top of everything. When maintenance is needed she gets on it and sends help asap. She makes sure rules are not broken, she makes sure the property is clean and well maintained. I have felt at peace being here and it has to do with everything when you have a great manager like Rebecca."

"We have been living here for over two years now, and the apartment complex is a joke. We have constant bug problems, including cockroaches all over the property. The gate does not have a functioning code at the moment, so we have missed numerous important packages that were not able to get in. The property management "on-site" is a lie, since I have seen them once this entire time living here. The manager's number is outdated and goes straight to voicemail. There is absolutely no security on the property, since we have homeless digging through the dumpsters daily, and cars have been broken into on numerous occasions even though you need a clicker to get into the parking area. Parking on the street after 5 doesn't exist, and forget weekends. Laundry machines on property are always breaking or eating quarters, not to mention the $1.25 it cost for a wash and $1.25 it cost for a dry. Our neighbors have a DJ sound system in their living room which can be heard on the other side of our apartment, and they refuse to answer their door. Don't expect the manager to do anything about it either because she never answers her door or phone during business hours. We even had a stabbing on the property. Overall, this has been the worst apartment complex we have ever lived at."
