"I lived here for almost 10 years and I have to say it's a great place to live! The neighbors in this complex are friendly and Management is awesome!! Tim,Lloyd and Larry keep an eye on all of us and makes this a safe place to live. I highly recommend these apartments. They are well kept and Management response time is amazing you never have to wait for days like other places. If I didn't need a two bedroom apartment I'd still be there!!"

"I've lived at Sus Casitas for almost 2 years now and it's by far my favorite place I've ever lived. Tim and Lloyd are awesome and very responsive. The apartments are older, but well-maintained. You can't beat the private garages and the neighborhood is phenomenal. Everything is within walking distance: grocery, bars/restaurants, coffee shops...you name it. The freeway access is also very close which is very convenient. The best part of living here is the neighbors; we really look out for each other and you get to know each other which has been amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!"

"I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and you won’t find a better privately owned Apartment complex in California. You can’t beat the price or the on site , all day/ everyday on-call maintenance, included extra-long one car garage, quiet respectful neighbors, and a friendly community feel that you don’t get anywhere anymore. It’s humble, this is not your south coast Costa plaza high rise covered in marble and gold fixtures, but my one bedroom is bigger than any other one bedroom in Orange County for the price and has allowed me to afford a life in Orange County that most people in their 30’s can’t. You can’t hear the freeway ever, and we literally have almost direct access, not to mention the multiple nightly security walk throughs which are really comforting for a single woman like me."

"Greatest apartments in OC! This is a perfect place to live. Very nice apartments with garages for parking. Awesome location with easy freeway access and just minutes from the beach. There is also food and shopping near by. Management takes great care of the property and helps with everything. I would highly recommend moving to Sus Casitas!"

"They have fairly spacious 1 bedrooms and studios. Probably built in late 1950s or early 1960s. It's not a gigantic complex. Lots of apartments and duplexes in it's surrounding area. The original Stater Bros market is just up the street and there's liquor stores nearby as well. Every apartment has an assigned garage. There's limited open air parking but it's in a mixed residential area so you or guests can find a spot somewhere. Very easy access to 55 freeway to get on your way. I lived there several years ago in both types of units. It's not bad if you need an apartment and on a limited budget. If you want a resort type style living situation you should be looking elsewhere. There's absolutely no activities there but a place to call home!"
