"This location may be satisfactory for some, but if you are transitioning from a three-bedroom house like I have, it might not meet your needs. Parking is extremely limited, especially if you have two vehicles. The additional parking spots that are available are rarely open for use and are situated on a street prone to frequent car break-ins, evidenced by the shattered glass along the sidewalks. A nearby dentist offers parking at a monthly rate of $100, which adds to the frustration. I am deeply unsatisfied with my current living situation, as I consistently struggle to find parking. Even when I do manage to park on the street without obstructing traffic, I receive notices from management threatening towing. I have attempted to double-park in my assigned spot and have been met with disapproval from neighbors, who left messages on my car window asking me not to park that way. While I appreciate the desire for vehicle safety, the real issue lies in the tendency for individuals to interfere with parking matters that do not concern them, needlessly creating problems. Most instances of improper parking are a result of necessity due to the lack of available spaces. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing this location if you require multiple parking spots or guest parking. It is my belief that the housing complex should consider expanding its parking facilities. I am also planning to pursue a more formal avenue of complaint in the hopes of bringing about some resolution. My disappointment is significant."
"Love my place and the manager is amazing there is not one thing that I don't like about it here!"
"Been here for awhile. Raises the rent every year. No new appliances. The area has progressively gotten worse. Halfway house somewhere around here. Security measures have been taken since I've lived here due to a few instances of people forcing themselves into apartments. Gates with locks has been added. Yet property crime is still a problem as parking is the worst if you have 2 cars. Management are teenagers. Cant wait to move. Also they dont allow pets unless you have a mental disorder. So now everyone has animals but people who arent willing to lie. The apartments themselves are fine but no upgrades in 5 years just higher rent and dangerous area."
"Currently sitting here with gardeners who just jumped the fence into my backyard to cut trees...with zero notice. We recently have new managers and they've been providing less than 24 hours to zero notice about entering backyards. This is after having a tweaked out homeless dude kick out our bedroom window in nothing but his boxers and tennis shoes a year ago. He had been squatting in the unit next to ours. My friend also lives here and her car got stolen out of her carport. We were lucky enough to be offered an extra parking space in a garage, but that was after complaining that the gardeners would park in our spot week after week. There is a tenant who parks several cars that he is trying to sell in the guest street parking, so finding a spot is a huge challenge. We reported black mold in our bathroom and were told to wipe it down with soap and water. If you are in a downstairs unit, you will hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. Ours moves furniture between midnight and 2am and plays the bongos. We paid a pet deposit when we moved in, yet have received several notices that we are not allowed to have pets...despite tenants seen walking their dogs around the property. We have lived here for 6 years. It started out great, nice quiet area and decently priced. Three sets of managers later, we've gone through termites, guys having to enter our place to install our neighbors' cable, inconvenient construction due to building the overpriced condos popping up next door, and more and more homeless hanging around (and bathing in the complex pool) due to clearing out the river trail. Despite the area going downhill, rent increases at least $50 each year with no notable updates to the complex. They recently painted the balconies of all the units and just painted over the obvious termite damage. Good luck!"
"Deceptive there website says one price but when you go in person they give you another price . Waste of time and money ."
