"Avoid renting here. They will charge you for $1000 paint and $275 cleaning fee even though you cleaned."
"This place has become unpleasant . Trash all over alley. Homeless people in property. Tenants are loud and inconsiderate, people running making old windows clatter."
"Humm. I don't get the bad review.? When I rented here and I lived in 2nd floor like 2years ago. I would give it 5 start cuz the remodel version new stove and appliances. We did not have any roaches or bugs issue onces it was fogged. So I was very happy. Only things they need to chance I would say. They need better matiance services. And community better for tenant. They should put a gate around the area. because of the home less people always digging up the trash area. Oh also the drain of the tub was issue. the a.c. smell bad when you turn it on. And they would not allow me 2 put security gate for my son who has autisum. I love how they had window in the bathroom. And kitchen!!!:) most apartments don't have bathroom windows. Size of the bedroom is big!"
"it was the worst experience in renting an apartment due to the manager and her husband approach and attitudes. For sure, they need moral and ethical classes to communicate with tanents effectively and friendly, within 2 months me and to other tanents leave. They will lose their tanents due to low level of management and services."
"Management is a joke! Both manager and her husband have the worst attitude in the world. I don't know what they're supposed to do as management because every time something needs to be fixed apparently it's a problem with them, in my experience Amber the manager yelled at me on the phone because something needed to be fixed and I put in my maintenance request the day after I noticed a problem with the bath drainage, sent the husband to my unit without even asking if it was ok for him to go at the moment, the guy goes says I need to wait till Monday cus its not an emergency (and would be very expensive for them to get someone during the weekend), not really having an intention to do anything to help with the situation, rude, yelling at me in my own apartment, and after me being patient hearing a bunch of reasons/excuses why nothing was gonna be done till Monday thanked him for nothing showed him the door and told me "if you don't like it you can leave". I stood home Monday to be there when the plumber was gonna come fix the problem, they intentionally send a plumed till Tuesday. Almost five days taking a shower on dirty water. Management has a very childish attitude from my point of view, very poor communication skills and questionable ethics.."
