"My husband and I lived here for 6 years and honestly, it was one of the best apartments we had been in, and between us, we've been in a lot. Smaller complex, so it's maintained pretty well and it was always clean. Only issues were with the parking and bugs. Parking- assigned, unassigned, to some people, it did not matter and they would park wherever they darn well pleased, which was really aggravating. The manager had zero authority for some reason, until we complained so much about people in our spot that she let us call the tow company and get cars moved out of our spots. Bug- Ants, especially. You could not escape them and they were all in the walls. I hope they have done something about it by now, but when I lived there, they were all over the bathroom and the slider and front doors. Neighbors were very quiet, however, and it was a lovely place to live overall."

"i try to rent the suca sa apartments Almont llc on 1900 e almont ave anaheim, ca i put the deposit for 2050 including the first month rent and security deposit i was told the apartment was downstairs, front and back patio, will be ready to move in on friday aug22,2014. the manager Lorena told me it was downstairs apartment. when i went to sign the lease on this past friday it was an upstairs unit, carpet was dirty so dirty was not even cleaned it wasn't painted Manager Lorena said it will be ready tonight i told her it was downstairs unit she said it was miscommunication i told her i want my money back 2050 she said since it's off the market we have to charge you one week rent i told her that it's not even ready. she said she can't do anything about it. They didn't give me my check."
