"I just moved in but can say that the process of moving in has been seamless. The leasing staff was so lovely to work with and beyond helpful. Gorman worked with me directly and I can say he was AMAZING and such a pleasure to work with. They were available anytime I needed them. Even when I moved in they were making sure I was all set. As far as the complex, the amenities are top tier and everything is well kept up. I love the dog of the month they have, so cute! They have so many events as well to make it a community vibe. I am excited to attend the pilates classes and go to any events the apartment holds! 12/10 experience so far at Rise."

"been living here for more than 2 years now, the apartments are amazing, the staff is very helpful. the staff especially Marta and Leslie who went above and beyond with my transfer and renewals of my lease, both readily listened to my concern and helped me in every possible way. Marta was always quick with the responses and never got frustrated with all my questions and constant bugging she got all the documents, managers approval etc on time before my lease ends."

"Update: After living here for more than 20 months, I realized that many things have changed. The management team(ConAm) was replaced by a new group (GREY STAR), and it seems that was the beginning of the problems. After that, they were able to rent most of the units here; the safety of the building is in awful condition. There was a break into our storage. They stole some of our valuable belongings. That was the second rubbery during the last three months we are facing. The first one was into our car. Recently we received an email from the manager that said it was a burglary in this building too. I have heard from other neighbors about experiencing the same issues. It seems the building isn’t safe, and the manager isn’t able to do anything. We are very disappointed because this was a remarkable building before. We expected them to do something practical. But all they do is talking. This building was an excellent place for living before, but now it seems like a dangerous place. *The community is great for living in peace. The staff are helpful and kind. The units are so lovely and I really enjoy living here. After six months living here I can say this place is awesome."
