Edge Apartments 1921 Union Street, Anaheim, CA 92805

"This review is coming from somebody who is about to complete their lease term. I have been here for about six months. From my experience of renting here and there I can confidently say that edge has the best management team I have seen. Jon and Trinity are amazing at what they do and have helped me throughout my least term with Inquiries and getting stuff done that I need. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, you can expect to get it fixed within the next day, The gym and other things in that category are always clean and up-to-date, and every once in a while, you will get a little noise and the smell of weed here and there but they really do keep it locked down. It’s a management team not a hive mind, so reviews regarding that issue are a bit exaggerated in my opinion. I would highly suggest taking a tour at the very least, this place exceeded my expectations."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! We couldn’t move out fast enough. When we first moved in there were bugs in our apartment under the baseboards and they refused to refund the cleaning portion of the deposit. Throughout our year living there, there were 4 major crimes (please look up on Anaheim PD website), 6 other incidents where cops were present late at night waking up everyone and numerous other occasions with the fire department called because of the fire alarms. The office is so unorganized with new staff every few months. Packages are always stolen. Non residents can easily access the building, so it is not safe whatsoever. The garage is not secure, cars are ALWAYS being broken into. I could keep going, but to top it off, they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Way more than any other building we’ve lived in. To have this expensive of a deposit, rent and move out fees, you would hope for a perfect experience. It was anything but."

"Just signed my lease today, it was a smooth and easy process thanks to the amazing leasing team, especially Martha who’s the sweetest and helped me get my dream apartment in such a beautiful community here in Anaheim. I highly recommend it for college students who go to Chapman like me or other schools around the area to look into Edge Apartments."

"I lived at The Edge for 3 years and regret the past year and a half! So many terrible events occurred, meanwhile Leasing staff and Management sweep it under the rug! There is constantly throw up ( from immature drunk tenants and dog poop) in hallways on 3rd floor!! My car was broken into in October, filed police report. Management could care less. Two months later, December 21st my guests truck was broken into, window bashed out at 5:30 pm!! $6-700 of tools/ belongings stolen. Reported to Leasing office, said get a police report, we cant prevent it. The storage units directly across from my FRONT door, were broken into with a crow bar and emptied!! The tenant chose to leave The Edge and they wanted to make him break his lease!!! My final straw was the stabbing murder of a tenant on the 1st floor!! Management tried to " hide" this tragic event. Unlike when I moved in, The Edge is unsafe, unclean, Leasing staff are inconsiderate and there is constant chaos at The Edge and constantly police at The Rise. An overall nightmare that cost me over $90,000 for 3 years!!!! When I left they are trying to overcharge me for any and every thing!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!! You will regret it!!"

"Truly an amazing place to live! I’m glad I got a unit at Edge. The facilities and overall atmosphere has been great. The entire move in process was flawless thanks to the help and guidance of Rachel! I’ll definitely be renewing next year!"
