"I gave it two stars because I thought the landscapers did a good job. Out of the $750 deposit, I only received $60 back. They charged me for the life of the carpet and the life of the paint but they only cleaned the carpet and didn't do any painting. When I disputed the charge they said it was their standard practice. They basically charge you for the lifespan of the carpet (5 years) and the lifespan of the paint (3 years) even if you only lived there 6 months! (which was my case) They charged me $249.90 for the paint (30 months remaining on the lifespan) and $112.32 for the carpet (54 months remaining on the lifespan). This doesn't seem legal since, they probably charged the person before me, and will probably charge the person after me additional time frames for the lifespans of the carpet and paint...seems to me to be double and triple dipping."

"Recently moved in. Monica was amazing. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was on point with everything. Love it here. Love that the bus comes right in the front for pick up and drop off for the kids. The only con for me is we are right by a really noisy looks like it’s old gate. It gets a bit annoying at night the cars coming and going and that gate making all that noise. Wish they would replace that gate. Other than that, love it here. Glad I found it."

"I've lived here for almost 6 months now and so far it's been pretty great. Management and maintence are both wonderful, there was few quick fixes I needed in my apartment and both times maintenance came that day to fix it, parking can be an issue sometimes but management is always very understands and has taken action with any complaints. Temporary guest parking can be hit or miss but I often have friends over and they rarely have a difficulty. The amenities are great and it's cute property, it's close enough to many freeways which is good if you drive a lot like me. The apartments are very spacious and clean. Apartment living always has its unique quirks, but so far I've enjoyed living here!"

"I lived here for 2 years and thought it was one of the best apartment complexes to rent a 2/1 apartment. The office staff was always helpful and informative. I only had to move because my daughter was going to a different high school. The maintenance staff also did repairs in a timely matter. The best thing about this property is how quiet it was. I worked overnights so I needed to sleep in the middle of the day, and never had a problem with noise. Miss this place already!"
