"Maintence were always nice. Weve lived here for about 15 years and always paid on time. Dont expect to get your downpayment back for sure. They are quick to charge you but not leniant about oweing whats yours. When you move out make sure you give the keys back or drop them off at the office drop box even if they are not there. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RENT FOR THOSE KEYS at a prorated expense. Make sure you do a walk through with them as well and take pictures if left clean because they will still charge u 130 for cleaning fees. Rent increases every year. I miss the old management they were like family to us. Oh and expect to pay for 3 months of utilities from your deposit as well. My mom has cancer and they told us it was ok to move out 1 month early even tho our year contract was changed last year from december to january but they dont tell u what you have to do to not get charged extra so just caution."

"I rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 years and i left about 1 year 1/2 ago after seeing rats in the premises and parking was pretty bad. My down payment was 500 and rent was 1850 . Before i left i had the carpet washed i did a little touch up in the walls and doors i took pictures.. to my point about 1 week ago i get a call from a collections agent saying i owe this company 450 dollars. So total clean up of the place was $950. I never got my down payment back and they wanted 450 more Because of cleaning.what i am mad about its that I was never told by the staff. I never recieved a letter.. i never recieved a a phone call.. and now im in collections. How unprofessional of them please be aware of this place you wont get your down payment back ... Really bad customer service i called them a few time to get an explanation but they never answered. Also be aware of the ducks,rats and rouches if you ever go visit this place just pay attention by the trash bins how much of an infestation they have .. if you dont believe just check during night time.."

"Lived here for a year in December, my thoughts on this place that it is a decent place to live, rent is a little high for what you get, units have this weird layout that doesnt let you bring in lomg couches which sucks since you are limited to furniture options. If you are someone that likes to have guests over you are looking in the wrong place, that was my biggest issue, no guest parking at all so friends had to park several blocks away to come over. Kids here are pretty loud if you live by the playground or basketball courts. Although the highlight of the place is the great workers at the complex, maintenance was always handled promptly. Frank was a great help all through our stay with anything we ever needes.I would recommend this place if you dont mind no guest parking."
