"I only lived here for a year and a half but had a very nice experience. The buildings are older (1970s) but well maintained, especially the landscaping. The apartment manager Autumn is awesome and always helpful and friendly. Small but cozy community with lots of dogs."

"Sandpiper is a great apartment community! All the neighbors and leasing staff are so nice The dog-friendly community is perfect for dogs of all size, and the downstairs apartments even have backyards. The community feels safe, and the parking lot is gated for extra security. the grounds are well-maintained, and there are several laundry rooms at the complex. Such a good deal for HB!"

"Management is awesome and I am not just saying that. I have lived at other apartments where they just want my money and that is it. At sandpiper the Managers here really genuinely care. These apartments are very quite and clean. If there is any type of issue the maintenance team is on it. This place is kid friendly too a lot of kids at the apartment that get along well it seems like. These apartments are also pet friendly and the owners are responsible. Great community, close to the beach, affordable price, no crime, great management, threes a pool, and great people. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a great place to live."

"My family and I have lived here for 5 years. First of all, the facility is very clean and well maintained thanks to the great maintenance team and because of rules like No Smoking it is family friendly. The community is great with lots of nice neighbors. The management is wonderful, whenever there are any issues they resolve them quickly. Kimberly is a very kind manager and makes sure all the rules in the facility are being followed which makes our home feel safe. We definitely feel welcome and recommend to anyone looking for a quite and respectful place."
