"Safe gated location, walking distance to schools, the dmv, and shopping centers. Amenities include pool, washer, dryer, and parking for residents. The manager on site; Sally is always attentive and helpful to her residents needs when maintenance is needed or as any issues arise. Sally always answers promptly and is respectful."

"bad: Parking is terrible. Police traffic enforcement always looking to make money off people who live in this area, apartment is old VERY OLD, maintenance is poor(done by the son, always half ass), Severe roach problem(constantly spraying), poor water flow, laundry room is bad, So many pool rules you can't enjoy it(NO VISITORS CAN USE IT!!! YOU WILL GET EVICTED) So if you invite friends and family over forget about it. Pool is off limits. I live in first floor and constantly having issues with leaks from above. I don't know if others have same problem. Good: Rooms are big, and it is between Schurr High and Montebello High. Schurr is considered one of top HS in state. So if you can tough it out its good for your kids."
