"It becomes worse with the new management. We went to the flat to voice our complaints about the bugs and rats. The apartment manager and her assistant were not prepared to hear anything at all. They merely state that we will find a new tenant for a greater rent if you vacate the flat. You are free to go, and we won't be responding to the complaints in any way. Instead of taking care of these problems, we try to make money for the owners. We are unsure if this is a true incident or just a cheap joke."

"Management is the worst! They have no idea when work is being done on the roof of your apartment. If you need maintenance done and ask for a heads up before sending the maintenance person they don’t say anything and the maintenance man will walk into your apartment as your asleep in bed !! It’s insane. They never apologize or take fault. I moved out and it has been almost a month without seeing my deposit. When I call they say they don’t need to provide me any information. Pools are disgusting and they advised having a jacuzzi but there is not one on site. Washers and dryers are always broken."

"I lived here for more than a year, until recently moved to different state. This place is excellent. Friendly staff and management. Any issues in apartment addressed on time. No raise in rent or any other charges apart from what you signed. We didn’t have any insects or roaches problem. Friendly neighborhood. Near by for malls, restaurants, shops etc... I love to move in again if I would get a chance to be back in Los Angeles..."

"This is one hell of a place. What an apartment i'm living in, don't know where to start. Renting apartments for over a decade now but this one is the worst nightmare. Staff is extremely rude. Maintenance team is poor skilled, totally unprofessional. During stay of 3 years i've had 2 car burglary (including broken window). Have had roaches problem despite fumigation 2 times. It's depressing living here. Don't have much to say but Only "thanks" to the management for motivating me to become 1st time home buyer, Finally !!!"
