"Such a horrible experience.. Parking is like a wrecking yard.. Seems to have many abandoned cars..I complained numerous times they said they would take care of it.. laundry machines were always inoperative not a good experience for seniors who have no transportation. I would not recommend this place. Not to mention they will milk your deposit.. Just a joke"

"Had the maintenance guy come and put in a new dishwasher, he was very professional as always. Finished the job in a timely manner and also took care of my sink . Definitely a plus to have someone that knowledgeable available."

"I have lived here since May, 2015. SO comfortable. Don’t get out much due to bad knees, but On the first floor so can watch foot traffic, wave to neighbors and friends. Would highly recommend‼️BTW: Troy, our maintenance man, is super helpful for those of us who are handicapped‼️ ADDENDUM…forgot to add that when I fell and broke some vertebrae in my back in February 2022, because I could hardly walk, Sandra was very helpful in picking up the rent check from me. Saved me a lot of pain by not having to walk to office."

"If this is a yelp review on the apartment maintenance manager, Troy, he is top notch, he knows his trade. Having been an apartment manager and performed most of the easier maintenance problems, I know from experience how stressful this job can be. Being mostly disabled, it's hard for me to get in and out of the shower. Troy removed and replaced my towel bar with a very strong "grab" towel bar and secured it closer to the shower and fastened it properly for strength. Now I feel secure. He also put up a small towel rack closer to my bathroom sink which had no rack. Within a day or two of an issue, he's already taken care of it. He's eliminated the gnat problem we had by installing long fly tape by the garbage bins. I live ten feet from a garbage drop and haven't seen a gnat in two months. Yeah! Other issues I've had, he's taken care of quickly. He keeps the apartment complex as clean as can be. Having grown up in construction, I see two issues that need to be handled very soon by upper management and owners, please. Firstly, the parking lot after one comes in the gate desperately needs to be resurfaced. It's nothing but sand and gravel. Secondly, the third floor during the summer in the north building has a large vent fan that needs to be removed and replaced. It makes tremendous noises and not very efficient. The third floor gets ten degrees hotter than the first floor. A SOLUTION would be to take out the third floor windows and replace them with windows that could be opened, maybe by a switch. This flow through ventilation would really cool the third floor down to make it bearable upstairs. This has been and is a nice place to live. Thank you."
