The Management is ripping people off in this apartment complex.ulitity bills is shared to all the people regardless if you're on vacation.the ulitity bills in this apartment complex is too much higher than you many think of it . The funniest thing is they will not tell you on till you move in..every day people are move in and out.in America this management still sharing bills to tenants.three world countries are not sharing bills.
