"Way better than Motel 6! Loved that they had a clean microwave, fridge & coffee maker with hot chocolate packets too. Room was super clean too! Wish they improved the lighting in the bathroom but other than that recommended for a short stay! We also got our deposit back immediately during checkout."

"I had a wonderful experience here at Hawthorne Plaza Inn. I asked for an early entry all over LAX area and all small and large hotel businesses wanted me to wait four to five hours later before booking. I’m glad Tony helped me get a room as soon as possible! I stayed for 2 and a half days, couldn’t complain. Very quiet atmosphere and the was clean and comfy for the price. I will book again when I’m in need of a mini vacation! Thank you for the hospitality!"

Going forward I truly hope they clean out the drains regularly and no other patrons of this establishment has to deal with their room shower drain clogging up cause it's nasty from people's filth&hair not being properly cleaned out and maintenanced. Renting rooms is not supposed to be anything else other than convenient, especially when you're paying hard earned money for the convenience of resting&relaxing one day a week after 6 days of working with no breaks. It's bad business and in poor taste, not to include that as part of the service to your patrons/ customers. If not for our patronage, you wouldn't&couldn't afford to remain or sustain operating your business for long. Our money is put to work. That's the deal. Do better!, point blank, period."

"Made reservation for the wrong date. Wanted my cousin to use my reservation since I wasnt In town they said no and didn't let me cancel it or refund me. But also won't let us use the room to get our money's worth. They also won't let us change the name of the reservation even though I have the reservation ID # and the email with my reservations details. And my cousin would still have to put a credit/debit card down for a deposit so it's not like they will get scammed or not have a card to charge ."
