"I’m new here, I just moved in about a month ago and this place is so nice, they keep it very clean, grass is cut often which is nice..I have to give a shout out to crystal, the lady in the office, she is so nice and she helped me get into this place, I haven’t had any problems but if I did she would be there to help, the neighbors are very nice and I like that it’s pet friendly, you see a lot of people walking their fur babies around and they usually clean up after their pets so that’s nice.. I give this place 5 stars"

"Place is a dump full of roaches and smells terrible they will literally let tweakers live here before letting you have a place. Con artists doing what they are best at taking applicants money and no refund after denying you. Easy money though right ???"

"I lived at Carmel Apartments for a year and a half and I loved it there. I never had any problems it was always quiet where my apartment was. Angie and Cristal in the office were always nice and when things needed to get fixed it always gotten taken care of. When I first looked into apartments I was pretty picky so I got lucky living there. Never had a roach problem, or any insects issues. They keep the place really clean and maintained. The maintenance guys were are also nice and professional. The area is not the best but it is gated I never had problems or worries about my car being broken into. They have security that comes at night to make sure things are ok and people are parked where they are assigned. I would recommend living at the Carmel apartments. I never worried or afraid to live there. I would live there again if I was to move back into an apartment."

"So first this is a review of the apartments not the neighborhood. Second, the neighborhood isn't crazy; it was adequate. The worst that happened was we heard loud music on the weekends, but it was weekend and they stopped at the appropriate time. So for the apartments themselves; they were wonderful. The management is great they know what they are talking about and they do their job well. The maintenance guys are great! They always did a wonderful job and left it clean. The apartment it's self was quaint. We had more space in the one bedroom than most of the other complexes. The only downfall we had was we didn't have quite enough cupboard space. However we just got a small bookcase and used that for some extra room. So lastly in conclusion I would recommend this complex there is nothing wrong it! *Dont forget that with time and management complexes can change. I know Angie and Crystal run a tight ship, but their efforts have paid off. The complex is not ghetto, it is a wonderful place and the people that live there a nice as well. I never had any issues with the other tenants. I have even dropped things and left them in the laundry room to find that someone turned it in!"
